BBC Radio 3 and former Radio 1 presenter Andy Kershaw has been released on bail after appearing in court charged with breaching a restraining order. Kershaw was arrested on the Isle of Man on Wednesday, near the home of his former partner, Juliette Banner. He was remanded in custody.
